陳威良先生擁有20年中大型專案規劃、執行、管理、及顧問輔導的豐富資歷，過去曾服務於美國AT&T貝爾實驗室及美國IBM全球服務部門，領導跨國專案團隊開發資訊系統，及數百萬美元IT專案外包的執行與管理。
陳先生目前擔任孟華科技總經理暨首席顧問，為全球客戶提供專案管理制度和流程改善、專案管理職能提升、及專案管理系統工具之規劃導入等整體服務。陳先生目前亦擔任PMI台灣分會理事長，積極連結產官學各界，推動專案管理在國內的發展。
陳先生畢業于國立臺灣大學資訊工程學系，並取得美國紐約大學電腦碩士學位。

Mr. William Chen has 20 years of experience in planning, executing, managing, and consulting on mid-to-large sized global projects. While with AT&T Bell Laboratories and IBM Global Services, he led multi-nation team to develop large scale information systems and managed IT outsourcing projects with millions in budget.
Currently, Mr. Chen is the President and the Chief Consultant at Monmouth Technologies, Inc., a leading IT company dedicated to serving project-oriented organizations. He has offered and served customers worldwide in successfully deploying PMIS tools as well as improving PM processes and competencies of project managers. Mr. Chen also serves as the president of PMI Taiwan Chapter and actively engage government, industries, and academic organizations to promote the value of project management.
Mr. Chen holds a Master degree majored in Computer Sciences from New York University and a Bachelor degree from the department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Taiwan University.
